TTD EO offers silk clothes to Lord Mallikarjuna
TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal on Wednesday offered a set of new silk vastrams to Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam on the occasion of the ongoing Brahmotsavams TTD EO was given traditional welcome at the Srisailam temple by EO Ramachandra Murthy
Tirumala: TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal on Wednesday offered a set of new silk vastrams to Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam on the occasion of the ongoing Brahmotsavams. TTD EO was given traditional welcome at the Srisailam temple by EO Ramachandra Murthy.
Later, Anil Kumar presented the traditional silk clothes on behalf of the TTD to the presiding deity. After the darshan of Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna, the EO of TTD was presented Thirtham Prasadam and also laminated photo of Lord Mallikarjuna by Srisailam temple EO.
Speaking on the occasion, the TTD EO said that since 1996 special silk clothes were being offered to Srisailam temple ahead of Maha Shivaratri. He also hailed the spiritual links between Tirumala and Srisailam. Srivari Temple OSD Pala Seshadri was also present.
