Eating and applying fresh fruits helps a lot, and exfoliating helps one to get rid of the dead skins, while moisturizing helps skin to rejuvenate.

Sujata Naik said that human bodies are designed to ward off chemicals itself, but at times, it becomes our duty to undo the burden on our systems and detox improves these functions, allowing better absorption of nutrients and removal of the waste.

Sticking to a no-oil diet, quitting smoking is the key to a healthy body, while including fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet is very important.

One should exercise regularly and replace coffee and tea with a much healthier option such, as green tea helps to keep the body off toxins.
