SBI Hyderabad celebrates bank formation day
The local head office of State Bank of India (SBI) in Hyderabad on Friday conducted its bank day under the leadership of Chief General Manager Hardayal Prasad.
Hyderabad: The local head office of State Bank of India (SBI) in Hyderabad on Friday conducted its bank day under the leadership of Chief General Manager Hardayal Prasad. On the occasion, the bank has taken up plantation of 1.5 lakh saplings through its branches across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Around 100 saplings were planted at the local head office by Prasad and other staff.
The bank, through Jeevandaan, organised an organ donation awareness campaign to its employees, besides inaugurating ‘Digital Villages’ at Kandi in Telangana and Penamaluru in Andhra Pradesh. The local head office honoured industrialist Uddaraju Kasi Viswanadha Raju, sportsperson Kidambi Srikanth and social worker Sunitha Krishnan. Besides Hardayal Prasad, other circle management committee members Ashwin Mehta, HK Jena, Giridhara Kini, Subodh K Sawant, and Radha Krishna graced the occasion.
