Tirupati: Arrangements are going on to send as many government employees to the ‘Save Andhra Pradesh’ event at Hyderabad scheduled on September 7 from Chittoor district. Tirupati Revenue Divisional Officer Y Ramachandra Reddy had reserved special coaches to Hyderabad for September 6 (Friday) for the employees. The Regional Transport Officer, Prasad is also arranging private buses to transport employees. District APNGO president, Krishnama Naidu already left to Hyderabad on Thursday evening to make necessary arrangements to receive Chittoor APNGOs at the venue. Before leaving, speaking with The Hans India, he said after consulting the leaders of various departments and employees of Chittoor district, 20 contract carriage buses were booked for Friday evening. While some employees may reach Hyderabad by mini buses and tempo vans while some others by trains, he added. Naidu said the APNGO state unit had sent 5,000 entry passes which were distributed to the employees whom they are expecting to attend the meeting without fail.
To avoid last minute confusion at LB stadium in Hyderabad, the district unit leaders will be available to coordinate the employees of respective districts, he said. As there are chances of entry of non-APNGO employees into this meeting, the concerned district leaders will take care of employees of their respective districts, he added.
