The documentary is being directed by Sanjeev Bhasker, the host of popular TV shows ‘The Kumars at No. 42’ and ‘Goodness Gracious Me’.

The documentary apparently features several filmmakers from all across India and the choice of Rajamouli to be a representative of the Telugu film fraternity doesn’t come as a surprise considering he is one of the finest filmmakers here today.

Lead actor of the film, Prabhas, seemed excited as he shared on his social media page, “A team visited the sets of Baahubali to shoot a documentary. Proud! (sic)” Director Rajamouli also took to Facebook to express happiness, “Glad to interact with Sanjeev Bhasker of the BBC's “The Kumars at No. 42” & “Goodness Gracious Me” fame, is shooting a documentary on the 100 Years of Indian Cinema. They have interviewed many members of our Baahubali cast & crew! (sic)” ‘Baahubali’ which is scheduled to release in 2015 is being produced by Arka Mediaworks, is a period-drama featuring an ensemble cast of Prabha, Rana Daggubati, Anushka, Tamannaah, Sudeep, Nasser and Prakash Raj in important roles.
