Rudhramadevi on June 26

Amidst rumours that the release date of ‘Rudhramadevi’ has been put on hold for the time being, director-producer Gunasekhar on Thursday confirmed that his ambitious project, starring Anushka in the titular role, will be hitting the screens on June 26 worldwide.

In a statement he said that the final mixing work of the film is in process. “Maestro Ilaiyaraaja has recently wrapped up the background score in London.

We will hit the screens in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam on June 26,” he said. Also starring Allu Arjun, Rana, Krishnam Raju, Prakash Raj, Nithya Menen and Catherine Tresa in key roles, the trailer of the film opened to mixed reactions.
