Eesha gets busy in Tamil

Last seen in the damp squib ‘Bandhipotu’, actress Eesha is all set to make a splash in Kollywood, as she has signed a yet-untitled romantic entertainer directed by debutant Marcus. Explaining how she bagged the project, Eesha shares, “The makers saw my work and felt I was apt for their script.

They narrated me the script and I liked the way it unfolded before okaying it. “It’s a new age love story. I play a teenager Swetha, who falls in love with the protagonist. How my life changes after he turns me down forms the rest of the story.”

Admittedly, the Hyderabad-girl found it tough to pick up Tamil. “I know a bit of Tamil, but reeling dialogues was a different ball game altogether. I took the help of my director and team. I started understanding the lines, practiced it before giving my shot,” explains Eesha, who has also signed another Tamil film.
