He added that, "There are many things that can go wrong and go in many different directions."
Praising Brad for his support, the 'Maleficent' actress said that she has made certain medical decisions and her husband has always been with her through tough times.
Jolie had a double mastectomy back in 2013 and an ovary removal two years later to reduce her risk of cancer.
