New Delhi : One of the most noted comedians of Bollywood industry Johnny Lever is making his comeback as a stand-up comedian after almost fifteen years, and is all set to perform in Delhi.

This is the first time that he would be performing in the town with his daughter Jamie Lever, who tasted the success with Kapil Sharma's debut film, 'Kis Kisko Pyar Karun.'

However, in conversation with ANI, the 58-year-old funny man said that being nervous and at the same time confident is a trait of a great performer.

"I left stand-up comedy because of the films I was doing, and it is after years that I have started performing on stage, but I am not nervous because this is what I have been doing in my entire lifetime. Having said that, it does not mean I am not confident as well. I think the characteristics of a true performer are to be confident and nervous at the same time," Johnny told ANI.

He continued that his shows only cater to audience who enjoy comedy that is not below the belt, asserting that people who enjoy double meaning dialogues are not meant for his shows.

Johnny Lever, who was last seen in 2015 film 'Dilwale', will be performing at Sirifort Auditorium on March 5.
