Revealing more about the movie, Srikanth Addala said that Brahmotsavam is a celebration of life and he wants the audience to celebrate their lives as well after watching the movie.

In a true celebration, Brahmotsavam features more than 20 notable actors from the film industry altogether. Mahesh Babu even stated that the star cast was overwhelming for him in the beginning. Actors like Revathi, Sathyaraj, Jayasudha, Brahmaji, Naresh, Pavani Gangireddy, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Saranya Ponvannan, Eshwari Rao, Rao Ramesh, Tanikella Bharani, Sayaji Shinde, Tulasi and Krishna Bhagavan play pivotal roles in the movie.

Mickey J Meyer too shares the SVSC link with Srikanth Addala and Mahesh Babu as he composed the music for the movie.
