Has Nithiin ditched Konda?

The fate of ‘Gundejaari Gallanthayyinde2’ what would have been Nithiin’s next with Vijay Kumar Konda hangs in balance as the actor, after the success of ‘A… Aa’, we hear, has developed cold feet to star in the project.

Though there was no official communication as such, Nithiin, impressed by the script of Konda, has asked him to do the project with him, assuring that he’ll start filming for it once he is done with ‘A... Aa’. Turns out, things are not going in the way Konda imagined them to be.

A source said, “When Nithiin went to town recently stating that he will think about his next after a month, Konda immediately rang him and wanted to know if he is interested in doing his project or not. The director hasn’t got a convincing answer and understanding the actor’s silence, he gave him a couple of day’s time to revert back.”

The source further added that Konda is prepared for the worst and wants to move on to other young heroes if Nithiin says no. “Konda is miffed but he is aware of how it works in the industry. He believes that he has a winner of a script in hand and he can convince any young hero with it.” Meanwhile, we hear that Nithiin is making grounds to start ‘Nenu…Sailaja’ helmer Kishore Tirumala’s next. K Radha Mohan is likely to produce it.
