Rahul Ravindran’s forthcoming film ‘Shoban Babu’ will see the actor in the title role. The film’s director Viplove says it is an existential rom-com narrated in a unique way.

The actor will be seen in the role of a divorced lawyer and the filmmaker says his role unfolds interestingly. “Rahul plays a specialist divorce lawyer and half-way through the film, he starts to self introspect. Later, the spotlight turns on his love stories and how he finds his true self.
The film also has a philosophical tinge to it”, explains the director.
Shoban Babu’ also features Nitya Shetty and Parvathy Nair while the search is on for the third lead actress.
