Azhar bowled over by #Pellichoopulu

Former Indian captain Mohammad Azharuddin is the latest celebrity to have been bowled over by ‘#Pellichoopulu.’ The stylish cricketer, who watched the romedy on the insistence of his son Asaduddin, who is set to make his debut as an actor in Telugu, had lavish praise for director Tharun Bhascker and producer Raj Kandukuri for making a wholesome entertainer.

Azhar said, “It’s been 23 years since I watched a Telugu film (his last Telugu film was ‘Jamba Laikidi Pamba’). ‘#Pellichoopulu’ has been an amazing experience.” He further said that he knows how to write and read Telugu and hoped that many entertainers like ‘#Pellichoopulu’ get made in Telugu.
