One of the much-awaited biopics of Tollywood Mahanati, is all set to hit the screens on May 9. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film features Keerthy Suresh as Savitri and also has actors like Samantha, Vijay Devarakonda and others in important roles. Vijay Devarakonda is seen essaying the role of Vijay Antony. As a part of movie promotions, he interacted with the media.

He said that even though he did a small role in this film, that will definitely impress the audience and if Nag Ashwin, Vyjayanthi Movies is not there behind this project, he would have rejected it.
He even revealed that because of the bonding he has with Nag and Swapna, he accepted this project. He also said that his role is a photographer and acts as a supporting role to Samantha's one.
