In another incident of crime, as many as five miscreants have attempted rape on a pregnant woman who is in her advance stage of gestation. This incident took place near Musi River in Hyderabad. Ramakrishna, husband of the victim was beaten severely and stabbed with a knife, when he restrained the malefactors. He has been rushed to Osmania Hospital for treatment. The couple arrived at Hyderabad for treatment from Munganuru of Mahabubnagar district. The woman has been ailing for quite some time and reached Osmania Hospital for treatment. As there were no facilities available for toileting in the hospital, the victims went near to Musi River. Meanwhile, the reprobates have attacked them. The police have not yet filed a case and held-up the procedures bobbed over the issue of ‘area of responsibility’, according to sources.

Three persons in different cases who allegedly wanted to commit suicide during the last one week at Tank Bund have been rescued by the Lake police. While a GHMC worker, Vijay Kumar (36) of Ram Nagar and a private employee, Prashanth Kumar (29) were depressed over family issues, a woman, Indira (53), was upset over marital discord.

Shaik Ghouse, (24) of Tandur, who was allegedly involved in four burglary cases has been arrested by the Banjara Hills police on and recovered gold worth Rs. 6 lakh from him. Suresh this for crime snippet addition.

The police carried out a snap check near Keshapuram of Chinnamandem Mandal in Kadapa district early on Monday and have seized Rs 20L from a bus.
