Pregnant Woman Rape Attempt: 8 Detained by Police. The police have detained eight persons, including six juvenile offenders, for the rape bid on a pregnant woman and the stabbing of her husband near the Musi River in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: The police have detained eight persons, including six juvenile offenders, for the rape bid on a pregnant woman and the stabbing of her husband near the Musi River in Hyderabad.
Stand-in on a forewarn, Shahinayutgunj police and the West Zone Task Force team apprehended Akash Singh(18), a student from Jummerath Bazar, B Bala Krishna (18), a construction worker from Chudi Bazaar, and six juvenile offenders fir their involvement in the incident that occurred on late on March 16.
It is learnt that all the accused are childhood friends, who regularly meet near Musi River to drink liquor and to have drugs. On the significant night, the eight went to the south bank of the Musi behind Maternity Hospital to consume liquor. In the meantime, P Rama Krishna (30), a tailor from Mahbubnagar district, reached there with his pregnant wife to attend to the nature call.
