CEO Sexually Assaults Woman Employee Inside Lift. Of late, on Wednesday in the jurisdiction of HSR Layout Police station in Bengaluru, a case wherein the CEO of a company has sexually assaulted the woman has come into light. According to the DCP KV Sharthchandra a 40-year-aged CEO of a company Janardhan Guptha, the resident of JC Nagar, has been nabbed by the Bengaluru police. The accused has been working as the Klap Edutainment Company located at Jakkasandra in Koramangala.

A woman originally hailing from Meghalaya has been working in the same company in the marketing division. The accused and the said woman employee met over lunch on July 30 in Parika Hotel at HSR Layout in Bengaluru. After completing the lunch, the duo was getting down in a lift when the CEO misbehaved and tried to assault the woman sexually inside the lift. The woman restrained his moves and later filed a complaint with the top officials of the company. The officials investigated the matter for two days and later booked a case against the CEO. The accused has been absconding since then. More details in the matter are awaited.
