Three persons were killed and seven others suffered injuries in a road accident that took place during the early hours on Sunday at Venkatayapalem village in Raghunathpally mandal of Warangal the district.
Raghunathpally (Warangal): Three persons were killed and seven others suffered injuries in a road accident that took place during the early hours on Sunday at Venkatayapalem village in Raghunathpally mandal of Warangal the district.
The incident occurred when a Tata Sumo in which the victims were travelling collided head on with a mini bus coming in opposite direction at the village, according to Jangaon rural inspector Vasala Sateesh.
Three persons identified as Nellutla Ravinder Reddy (54), his wife Anuradha (46) and their 19-year-old daughter Niitika died on the spot.
They were going to Yadagirigutta to offer prayers to lord Lakshminarasimha Swamy. Ravinder Reddy, a resident of Nakkalagutta area in Hanamkonda was working at NPDCL.
