Car catches fire on ORR, three injured
A car went up in flames on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in Rajendranagar on Tuesday morning resulting in burn injuries to three persons. The mishap occurred on ORR in Rajendranagar police station limits when the driver of the Maruti car lost control of the steering wheel and hit against the road divider, the cops said adding that the car caught fire after its front portion hit the road divider.

The occupants of the car had a miraculous escape with burn injuries while the condition of one is reported to be critical. The injured persons were immediately shifted to hospital for treatment. Police on being informed visited the place. Fire fighting personnel rushed to the spot and put out the fire.. Traffic police closed vehicular traffic on the road for half an hour. A case has been registered and further probe is on.
