Woman and her two daughters commit suicide in Anantapur

In an incident that came to light on Tuesday morning, a woman and her two daughters ended their lives by committing suicide by hanging from the ceiling at their residence in Shareen Nagar. The residents of the colony noticed the trio hanging and informed the police in Kurnool who broke the door and removed the trio and shifted them to general hospital but were declared brought dead by the doctors.

Identified as K. Subbu Lakshmi and her daughters - Vaishnavi and Udaya Bhavani took the extreme step during the wee hours on Tuesday by writing a suicide note on a wall in the house that "nobody was responsible for their death."

Sources informed that Subbu Lakshmi's husband Ravi Kumar who was working with a private company had been away on camp since Monday and that there were differences between the couple. A case has been registered in the IV town police limits and the police suspect the reason behind the suicide might be disputes among the family members.
