RPF nabs Army deserter

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel nabbed two offenders at the Secunderabad railway station. A pickpocket Bidrani Venkatesh, 33, a resident of Alkapuri, Sainagar Colony, Nagole, was caught while trying to pick pockets on platform No. 1 on Friday.

In another case, an Army deserter, Jettapalli Jairaju, 26, a resident of Puttupadu, Kulkacharla (m), RR district was caught while he was moving suspiciously. While on rounds the Crime Prevention and Detection Squad noticed that the deserter was trying to hide behind the general waiting hall. A HP note mobile worth Rs 20,000 was recovered from him.
