Watch: UP woman beats up helpless mother in law with a stone

A shocking video of a woman beating up her mother-in-law went viral on the social media leading to the arrest of the woman on Tuesday. In the video, one Sangeeta Jain from Uttar Pradesh is seen brutally hitting her mother-in-law with a stone. To make his wife's harassing his mother public, the woman's husband Sandeep Jain had installed a CCTV camera in the house.

Sangeetha is first seen slapping and trying to strangle her mother-in-law with a piece of cloth and then she goes into another room to get a stone. She hits her mother-in-law with a stone several times. The helpless 70-year-old woman is seen trying to stop her daughter-in-law from hitting but in vain.

Later, Sandeep Jain lodged a complaint with the police showing the CCTV footage to them. The police registered a case against the woman and began investigation in the matter.

Activist Kundan Srivastava shared the video on his Facebook page and said the cruel woman tried to kill her mother in law "Rajrani Jain" with Stone and Rope, she slaps her and then drags her down the bed.
