Tollywood popular director Rajamouli has been directed to appear before the Nampally court in Hyderabad on February 24 in connection with a cheating case.

One Bhuvaneshwar, a film maker, had filed a case against Rajamouli in 2012 accusing him of selling his flat without informing him. The petitioner mentioned that Rajamouli promised to sell his flat at Photographer's Colony at MLA colony in the city but he sold it off to some other person without his knowledge.

The case has been going from then and Rajamouli continuously skipped from attending the court proceedings. The court today issued summons to Rajamouli asking him to appear before it.
