Two persons murdered in Agency

A man killed his father by slashing his throat with a sharp weapon at Mulagaruvu village. The deceased was identified as Pangi Prasad (40) and the accused his son is 19-year-old P Nageswara Rao.
Visakhapatnam: Two persons were murdered by their family members in two separate incidents under G Madugula police stations limits in the Agency in the district on Thursday.
A man killed his father by slashing his throat with a sharp weapon at Mulagaruvu village. The deceased was identified as Pangi Prasad (40) and the accused his son is 19-year-old P Nageswara Rao.
Inspector of G Madugual K Srinivas said that Nageswara Rao, an unemployed youth, was admonished by his father Prasad repeatedly for not doing any work and addicting to vices.
He entered into a heated argument with his father and killed him in a fit of raze by slitting his throat. He disappeared after the incident. The police launched a manhunt for the accused Nageswara Rao.
In another incident at Korapalle village in G Madugula mandal, 22-year-old K Chiranjeevi Naidu murdered his uncle K Simhachalam Naidu (45) by smashing his head with a log over old rivalry.
The Inspector Srinivas said that Simhachalam Naidu killed Chiranjeevi Naidu’s father K Ramnaidu a few months ago. Chiranjeevi Naidu had developed a grudge on Simhachalam Naidu, who was released from the prison on bail. Waiting for an opportunity, Naidu attacked Simhachalam. The police arrested the accused and sent him to judicial remand.
