One person was killed while 20 others sustained severe injuries and 15 others sustained minor injuries when the van (AP15Y 8490) they were travelling capsized due to tyre burst here on Friday.
Asifabad: One person was killed while 20 others sustained severe injuries and 15 others sustained minor injuries when the van (AP15Y 8490) they were travelling capsized due to tyre burst here on Friday.
The incident took place at Jendaguda of Asifabad mandal. The injured were on their way to attend an engagement function at Agarguda of Kerameri mandal.
Police rushed to the spot and sent the injured to the Asifabad government hospital later they were shifted to Mancherial government hospital for better treatment.
The deceased was identified as Rattu Bhai(55). Circle inspector Satish Kumar inspected the spot.
