Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths have arrested a deputy commercial tax officer (DCTO) and an assistant commercial tax officer (ACTO), while accepting bribe from a garments shop owner in Parvathipuram in Vizianagaram district on Monday.

ACTO Viswanadha Narasimha Murthy and DCTO Y Manmadha Rao were trapped by Shakila Bhanu DSP of ACB Vizianagaram at commercial tax office, while accepting bribe of Rs 50,000 from Kotha Kota Prasad, one of the partner of Sumithra Collections. The officers have demanded bribe to avoid levying of penalty.
