Most of the students find the process of study difficult. Well, no matter in what institute you study, who are teaching you, self study is must. Here are some tips for practicing successful self-studying.
Pickup your time is if you are a night owl or an early riser, study accordingly.
Power-naps: if you feel lethargic while studying then you can opt for a power nap. Avoid eating rice or so if you intend to study after your meals as it may lead to sluggishness.
Note: make good, effective and short notes. One may use different colour pens too. We have habit of forgetting frequently so your notes should be made in such a way that revision would take the least of the time.
Distractions: the biggest distraction is your phone, to overcome you may download an app named “Forest” (Forest is a popular app that helps people beat their phone addiction and manage their time in an interesting and pleasant way).
Faith: have faith and confidence in yourself.
Motivation: The problem is we used to get motivated very quickly but with the same pace we lose it too. For a constant remainder you may put a note wherever you look often (like on the wall in the front of your table). Like the quote below is an awesome example:-
