YSRCP President Y S Jaganmohan Reddy: Congress Playing with People’s Lives, on Saturday accused the Congress of ‘playing with the lives of people for securing power’ after elections. Addressing election meetings in Kodad and Huzurnagar, he expressed anguish over the falling political standards.

Nalgonda: YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday accused the Congress of ‘playing with the lives of people for securing power’ after elections. Addressing election meetings in Kodad and Huzurnagar, he expressed anguish over the falling political standards. He claimed that former Chief Minister and his father the late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy was the only one who strove for the welfare of the poor, without any political considerations.
Jagan assured the gathering that he would stand by the poor to uphold the aspirations of YSR. He alleged that the projects taken by YSR to provide irrigation facilities through SLBC were stalled after his death. The YSRCP chief promised to take the same schemes in both Telangana and Seemandhra after coming to power. He reiterated to implement his five pet schemes like ‘Amma Vadi’, fund for farmers, aid under the free education (Akka-Chellella) scheme, increased pension. Jagan promised to appoint an officer in each village for issuing ration cards.
