Savour this special Christmas buffet

A festival without a feast with family and friends is incomplete. Christmas season is known for tasting new delicacies ranging from appetisers to desserts. For the adventurous food lovers, Hotel Fortune Murali Park has come up with a special buffet at its coffee shop Zodiac.

The hotel’s food and beverages manager Sujith Dubey said that the buffet menu contains turkey which is an important Christmas dish in the West. The buffet, priced at Rs 749 per head, will be on till December 28. Roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, roasted wings in mustard, roast lamb with mint sauce, grilled fish with lemon butter sauce, yule log, plum pudding with sabayon sauce, exotic plum cakes and other delicacies will be on the buffet menu.
