Make students industry-ready. In a bid to increase placement percentage and make students industry-ready, Vignan University has embarked on a new concept of bringing in faculty from corporate companies which are participating in campus selection drive.
In a bid to increase placement percentage and make students industry-ready, Vignan University has embarked on a new concept of bringing in faculty from corporate companies which are participating in campus selection drive. One such month long training was launched at the university campus on Monday.
Vice-Chancellor Addressing students on the training programme, Dr C Thangaraj said, “HR personnel from companies like Wipro and TCS will be teaching in the month-long training to orient the prospective candidates study to suit the industry requirement so that it would be easy for the industry to identify them for future absorption in campus selections.” Rector B Rama Murthy informed that a 12-member faculty team from Benguluru will be brushing up the students to suit industry requirements.
