Nothing worthy ever comes easy and young director Peddi K Eshwar swears by this idiom. Born in Gudivada in Krishna district, Eshwar set himself a unique goal this year of releasing four movies in a day and is now on the brink of accomplishing his dream.
On September 20, Eshwar will have an audio release of his films ‘Nene Ra Eshwar’, ‘Eswara Soolam’, ‘Colorful Life’ and ‘Day Love’. Before taking up this project, Eshwar worked for three other movies that included ‘6th Sense’, ‘Yerojuki Ayna Premalo Padataaru’ and ‘Nuvvante Istam Kani Kastam’.
Revealing the plot of two of his films, Eshwar says, “‘Nene Ra Eshwar’ is an action entertainer, ‘Colorful Days’ is about the life of a girl who succeeds after facing many hurdles in life. It is more of my autobiography which is reflected by a female lead.”
Quizzed about his motive to release four films on a single day, Eshwar says, “We have a lot of talented people in the industry but small budget films are not recognised and appreciated. My intention is to encourage other small artistes with the money I make out of these films.”
Two of his films have already received certification and the rest will soon run the course. “No technician should sleep on an empty stomach and I will be contented once I start helping them,” says this IHM graduate who finally sees a bright future ahead of him after starting his carrier from a footpath.
