Virtue is a wonderful trait to have, a beautiful aspect in a person’s character because virtue is the quality of doing and acting in way that is right, in a way not doing things that are not right.

Virtue is a moral excellence in a person: he or she having the quality of doing right things, avoiding wrong or incorrect things and way.

Virtue is an admirable quality or an attribute in a person; someone possessing work of great merit.

In relation to sexuality, virtue means being chaste, having sexual morality, demonstrating chastity. If he or she is respected for his or her virtue it means they avoid sexual promiscuousness, avoiding unrestrained sexual acts that are not correct in the eyes of the society or against the conventions and customs.

Virtue is a noun.

Virtue is its own reward or virtue is her own reward means a good deed is its own reward.

The virtues that all the religions preach and emphasize are chastity, diligence, kindness, patience, humility, temperance…

When a person lacks a virtue, he or she is branded as virtueless.

Is there a dearth for virtueless persons in the society?

Virtuous is an adjective meaning good, chaste; someone morally excellent, being in a state of sexual virginity, vestal, virginal; a person with an impeccable character, sinless.

The opposite of virtuous is vicious, wickedness, evil.

Virtuous circle (virtuous cycle) is a noun. If you are in a virtuous cycle it means you are in a situation wherein solution to one problem makes future problem easier to solve; a virtuous cycle is a chain of events that keep reinforcing that are virtuous, that are good, that are favourable.

The opposite of virtuous cycle is vicious cycle.

Virtuoso is a person adept or skilful in doing something, in performing something amazing in a particular field; a genius, maven, ace, champion, superstar, Virtuoso is a musician: a musician who is the consummate master of technique and artistry and excellent. Virtuosity is the skill demonstrated by the virtuoso.

Virtuoso functions as a noun and adjective.
