To mark the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare, a play ‘Much Ado About Nothing’, performed by Samahaara Theatre Festival Group at Green Gables International School, Madhapur recently.
A comedy play written by William Shakespeare in late 1500’s, the play is about two pairs of lovers, one reluctant and ever ready to challenge each other’s wits, while the other passionate and emotional waiting to be wedded.
The classic romance from the Bard is a tale of misperceptions and mistaken identities among friends and loved ones caused by the jealous and deprived elements of the family.
The play has a perfect mix of romance, humor and drama which was beautifully crafted by the director and executed by the cast and crew.
It was directed by Nasreen Ishaque (National School of Drama Graduate) and produced by Rathna Shekar Reddy.
