Addressing the district officials during a meeting at ITDA meeting hall in connection with Praja Vani here on Monday, he said that the applications received during the weekly Grievances Day programme would be uploaded into the government website and forwarded to the relevant government department for disposal.

The official concerned will send a written reply to the applicant and send an SMS to the applicant’s cell phone informing him/her about the status.

He directed the officials to dispose the applications as early as possible. The Collector and other officials observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect for the deputy Tahsildar Kasa Srinivas, who died of heart attack.

DRDO Jagatkumar Reddy, District Tribal Development Officer Jayadev Abraham, assistant project officer K Bhim Rao and other participated.
