- Weight loss depends on how many times you have lost weight before, how you eat, the timings you maintain and the composition of your diet. Mind you, these factors differ from individual to individual, though we are similar, do similar work and eat similar food. After we lose certain weight, weight loss will not happen in some individuals. This is because their body gets adapted to the new regimen. Thus at this moment one has to give leverage to weight loss process in the body or push the weight loss little harder.
