This recipe involves a 24-hour process of fermentation.

Cardamom lends it oodles of flavor to the drink. Other ingredients like vanilla, rosewater, mango, banana or even passion fruit complete the dish. Feel free to add your personal twist to the drink!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup to 6 tablespoons of date syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

Blend everything for 10 seconds. Let the drink ferment for a day. Then, add as much as you want or can handle. The ice needs to blend into the drink seamlessly. Serve with pride.
