Hyderabad: Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology (MGIT) is organizing a two-day National Conference on Sustainability through Chemical and Biological Sciences (NCSCB) on the 19th and 20th of March at their campus. The programme is sponsored by Department of Science and Technology – Government of India. Eminent speakers from reputed organisations like IIT, NCL, NPL, IISc, IICT, NIT & CCMB will deliver talks on sustainability through chemical and biological sciences.

The key objectives of the conference are to develop the interest in young researchers for undertaking research studies in the frontier fields of chemical and biological sciences, to give an opportunity to participants for understanding the new developments through invited talks by eminent scientist and technologists and to bring chemical and biological sciences on one platform for interdisciplinary communication and intensify collaborations between scientists of related areas and industries. About 150 delegates from various colleges, universities, industries and R&D organisations from AP, Telangana and other states are expected to participate in the conference.
