Sharat Sangeeth performed at the Annama Swararchana organised by the Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini. Sharat Sangeet hails from a musical family and his mother was his first guru. He has learnt Carnatic music from Dhulipala Sarawasti, Sivakumar and Shankar in Mahbubnagar. In the State wide Carnatic music competitions held in Guntur in 2008 and 2009 he stood in first position. He has given nearly 60 concerts till now.
“Srimatvadiya Charitamrita”, “Srimannarayana” in Bowli ragam and Adi talam, “Ittu Garudani” in Kedaram ragam, “Yemani Pogududame” in Abheri ragam, were some of the songs taken up by the young singer. Sharat Sangeet was accompanied by Murali on violin and Anil on mridangam. After the programme, the managing trustees felicitated Sharat Sangeet.
