Swedish Ambassador hints at higher investment in TS

The Swedish Ambassador to India, Harald Sandberg, on a visit to Hyderabad interacted with the Chief Secretary Rajiv Sharma, to explore the scope of a higher Swedish investment in the State.

Speaking on this occasion, Harald Sandberg said, “Sweden is looking forward to explore the opportunities of investment in the youngest State of India. We are happy to see certain Swedish brands already getting ready to be present in Hyderabad. In the days to come, there will be more in the offing.”

The Ambassador later explained about the facilities and opportunities available to students and also employment opportunities in Sweden. Rajiv Sharma welcomed Sweden Ambassador and promised complete support and most congenial investment atmosphere in Telangana.

“We are happy to host the Honourable Ambassador Harald Sandberg. It gives me immense pride to inform all of you Telangana has the most conducive investment atmosphere along with excellent infrastructure. We promise to provide the best support and the hassle-free support systems for all investments,” he said looking forward to more synergies between Telangana and Sweden.

Hans Nilsson, CEO, Oomph Info Solutions and Prudhvi Raj Balasetty, CTO were also present on the occasion. Later in another event at Westin near Hitec City, Harald Sandberg launched eRATs, an online recruitment tool developed by Sweden based Oompfh.
