Future Kids and Oakridge emerged winners in the girls and boys category of the Rev Fr M Devasia Memorial inter-school basketball tournament for boys & girls at St Patrick’s High School, on Sunday.
Future Kids and Oakridge emerged winners in the girls and boys category of the Rev Fr M Devasia Memorial inter-school basketball tournament for boys & girls at St Patrick’s High School, on Sunday.
In the girl’s final, Future Kids beat Oakridge 32-17. Dhartri and Arya scored eight points each for the winner. Oakridge defeated Future Kids 27-10 to win the boys title. Hrithik scored 10 points while Sriram contributed eight for the winner. Father Frances P Raj and Norman, Secretary, Telangana Basket Ball Association gave away the prizes.
Results: Final: Girls: Future Kids 32 (Dhatri 8, Arya 8) bt Oakridge 17 (Rishika 6, Hania 5); Boys: Oakridge 27 (Hrithik 10, Sriram 8) bt Future Kids10.
