In keeping with this spirit and also to instill a craving among the budding footballers from the twin cities, Soccer Academy of Hyderabad (SAH) floated by passionate footballers is intensifying the scouting exercise to optimal levels. Towards this it is calling players in the Under-13, 15 and 18 years categories for getting registered with the AIFF registered SAH.

The registered players will be absorbed into exclusive coaching camps that would be conducted at Gymkhana Ground under the supervision of Asian Football Confederation (AFC) licensed and All India Football Federation (AIFF) approved coaches, according to the main camp coordinator Prakash G.

The bonus for these players, who can enroll for long-term stints, would be that they can straightaway get match exposure when SAH fields its teams of talented youngsters in the Academy League 2017-18 that is being conducted by AIFF.

Registrations are open to players layers born after 2004(for U-13); born after 2002(U-15) and those born after 1999 for the Under-18 category. Selections will be held at Gymkhana Ground from 6.30am this weekend.

Mallesh is no more

SATS Coaches Welfare Association deeply mourned the sudden demise of K Mallesh SATS swimming coach who passed away at Warangal on Wednesday. GA Shobha, K Manohar, G Venkataramana, G Ravinder, N Sudhakar Rao, and L Harinath recallwed their association with Mallesh and his contribution to Hyderabad and Telangana State. They observed a two-minute silence in his memory.
