As a part of the event, beautiful rangavellis drawn by women grabbed attention of the visitors and also the passersby. Excise and Prohibition minister T Padma Rao Goud attended the event as chief guest along with Seethaphalmandi Corporator Samala Hema and distributed cash prizes to the winners.
