Putting life in peril
In Phool Bagh,Chandrayangutta which is NH7 road, a person is putting his life in danger and doing his work. A man is seen parking his vehicle in the middle of road and closing a Reserve Water pipe Valve at around 9-9:30pm for 4 days in a week on a busy road, as it takes minimum 8-10 minutes for both opening and closing.

As it's a NH7 road in which heavy vehicles pass, residents have requested GHMC that there should be stop sign with him while doing this work.
