This award was given to the Diamond City Society as part of the Swacch Survekshan 2018 which has been going on for two weeks in city. Several societies, colonies, residential facilities, schools, hospitals, restaurants and others are scrutinized based on various cleanliness parameters.
The members of winning society have thanked the GHMC officials for the honour and reiterated that they would work hard to maintain cleanliness and maintain the high bench mark of sanitation in their society.
