Upgrade technology in stores dept: DG
There is a need to adopt transformational changes in railways by upgrading technology in Railway Stores said Ashish Kumar Goel, Director General (Railway Stores), Railway Board here on Friday. He was in the city for a review meeting at the South Central Railway headquarters at Secunderabad.

He was in the city for a review meeting at the South Central Railway headquarters at Secunderabad.
He stressed that online monitoring system, mobile App based management being developed in the stores department to be utilised for all the supply works. He also advised stores department to make 100 per cent digitalisation in contracts management.
Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, SCR, John Thomas, Additional General Manager, P K.Sangewar, Principal Chief Material Manager and all other principal heads of the departments, Divisional Railway Managers of Secunderabad and Hyderabad Divisions were amongst the officials present during the meeting.
