Hyderabad: Seeking expansion of NH-44 from Four lane to Six lane, BJP Medchal-Malkajgiri district President Madavaram Kantha Rao along with BJP State President K Laxman and vice-president S Malla Reddy submitted a memorandum to Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari on Sunday.
As the Hyderabad City is developing rapidly, the roads have to be developed in the same manner, the memorandum said. The BJP district president said the Minister responded positively to their request. Party District General Secretary Kandadi Satti Reddy, constitution convener Bakka Shankar Reddy were present.
