Police department always strives hard to protect the public and maintain law and order, East zone DCP Ramesh and Dy DCP Govinda Reddy said in a statement on Thursday.
Police will keep surveillance on suspected places and persons at villages, towns and cities. Round-the-clock police patrolling is being observed in every police station limits. The police appealed the general public to call 100 if they find any suspected persons in their vicinity. The police also cautioned not to indulge in physical attacks on strangers.
