Ceramic jars see brisk sales
The beautiful ceramic jars are seen in many junctions of the city. At the end of every summer, the scene of the jars is common. These empty jars will adorn the kitchens with full of pickles to tickle our taste buds throughout the year. Most of the jars in the market have come from Rajahmahendravarm and other places of f Andhra Pradesh.

The king fruit has its different ways of pleasing us. Summer is the season when varieties of mangoes flood the market. Not just fruits, the raw mango is widely used to make pickles. These pickles will be preserved for months and sometimes until the next summer. To store these pickles, glass or ceramic contains are used. Mostly the two-coloured ceramic jars are popular for the storage of pickles. Usually these are made from porcelain.
These ceramic jars are mostly in white and brown combination. They come in different shapes and sizes. Not just Mangoes, all kinds of pickles are stored in these jars. These are available form Rs 150 to 650 depending upon the sizes.
