Burgupally (Siddipet): Students of Government Degree College at Siddipet conducted a clean and green drive at Ramachandra Nagar of Burgupally gram panchayat as part of Swachh Bharat Summer Internship on Wednesday.
Including an awareness programme on the eradication of open defecation, health and hygiene and ‘Shrama Daanam’, the students cleaned the water tankers, desilted the drainage and weeding and watering the avenue plantation in the village. Swachh Bharat Nodal Officer of the college K Hussain and villagers also took part in the programme.
