LB Nagar: The land issues in L B Nagar constituency is to be taken up immediately said K T Rama Rao, Minister for MA&UD in a review meeting in connection with various revenue issues pertaining to LB Nagar constituency here on Monday.

The problems with regard to Survey No. 104, 102 the issues must be resolved within 15 days, the directions were given to Ranga Reddy Collector. During the assembly sessions the problems relating to land issues of LB Nagar were going to be taken up in a proper manner, said a press release. The survey No. 44, 45 of Mansoorabad where constructions were taken up in 2007 in 17 acres would be examined for regularization. The Press Colony, Wambey Colony at Mansoorabad and other colony citizens will be given another chance for regularisation as per GO Ms No 58 and 59.

With regard to various land issues every issue would be properly taken care to resolve them on priority, the government will not interfere with regard to FTL conservation zone. The minister instructed S Srinivas Reddy, Zonal Commissioner (East), to construct a sports complex at Green Park Colony where 3,200 sq. yd land was available. With regard to Saheb Nagar survey No 71 a meeting will be conducted under the chairmanship of deputy chief minister along with Wakf Board officials. The double bed room houses will be constructed wherever a clear title of the site are available said a member who was part of the review committee meeting.

Rammohan, HW Mayor, GHMC, Malla Reddy, MP, Sri Rajeshwar Tiwari, IAS, Commissioner, CCLA, Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary, MA&UD, MV Reddy, Collector, Medchal, Karne Prabhakar, MLC, MLAs, T Krishna Reddy, R Krishnaiah, senior officials from Revenue, Defense, Forest and Wakf Board participated in the review meeting at LB Nagar Zonal Office.
